ፓወር ኢትዮጵያ እየወደቁ ያሉትን እሴቶች በማስጠበቅ በታዳሽ ኃይል ኢነርጂ ዘርፍ የሚታመን እና ማህበራዊ ኃላፊነት የሚሰማው መሪ ለመሆን በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በአካባቢ፣ በህብረተሰብ እና በግለሰቦች ህይወት ላይ ዘላቂ ተጽእኖ ለመፍጠር ይጥራል፡፡

1. ዘላቂነት፡ ዘላቂ የሆኑ አሰራሮችን እና መፍትሄዎችን ለማስተዋወቅ ቁርጠኞች ነን። አነስተኛ የአካባቢ ተፅእኖ ያላቸውን እና ለወደፊት ኢትዮጵያ አረንጓዴ ለማድረግ አስተዋፅዖ ያላቸውን ለታዳሽ የኃይል ምንጮች ቅድሚያ እንሰጣለን።
2. ልህቀት፡- በምናደርገው ነገር ሁሉ ለላቀ ደረጃ እንተጋለን ። ከፍተኛ ጥራት ያላቸውን ምርቶች
ለማቅረብ ፣ ልዩ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት እና የኢንዱስትሪ ደረጃዎችን የሚያሟሉ ወይም የሚበልጡ አጠቃላይ የሥልጠና ፕሮግራሞችን ለማቅረብ እንሠራለን፡፡:
3. ንጹሕነት፡- ከፍተኛውን የታማኝነት እና የሥነ ምግባር መሥፈርቶችን እናከብራለን። ከደንበኞች፣ አጋሮች፣ ሰራተኞች እና ከማህበረሰቡ ጋር ባለን ግንኙነት ግልፅ፣ ታማኝ እና ተጠያቂዎች ነን።

5. ማብቃት፡- ግለሰቦችን እና ማህበረሰቦችን በእውቀት እና በክህሎት ማጎልበት ለማብቃት ቁርጠኞች ነን። ሰልጣኞች በታዳሽ ሃይል ዘርፍ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስፈልጋቸውን እውቀት እንዲያሟሉ የሚያስችል አጠቃላይ የስልጠና ፕሮግራሞችን እንሰጣለን። የስራ እድሎችን ለመፍጠር እና የኢኮኖሚ አቅምን ለመደገፍ እንጥራለን፡፡
6. የደንበኛ ትኩረት፡ ደንበኞቻችንን በምናደርገው ነገር ሁሉ መሃል ላይ እናስቀምጣለን። ፍላጎታቸውን እናዳምጣለን፣የተሻሉ መፍትሄዎችን እናቀርባለን እና እርካታቸውን እናስቀድማለን። ልዩ እሴትን፣ አስተማማኝ ምርቶችን እና ምርጥ የደንበኞችን አገልግሎት በማቅረብ ከደንበኞቻችን ጋር የረጅም ጊዜ ግንኙነቶችን መገንባት አላማችን ነው።
